Over 26 years in technology, I've built a career that spans from troubleshooting PCs in the field to deploying AI at the largest financial institutions in the world. I've earned 22 Microsoft certifications and built deep expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem — but what I'm most proud of is the ability to meet people where they are and help them get where they need to go.
Based in Chicago, IL, I specialize in financial services — an industry where precision, compliance, and reliability aren't optional.
